​What the participation fee includes

​1. Organizational fee — the right to participate in the exhibition project;
2. Technical fee — printing of photocopies (for correspondence participation) and related services of the Organizing Committee.
Please note: 
The price is indicated for one art object.

​When to pay

​Payment is made only after filling out the registration form and receiving official confirmation from the Organizing Committee of admission to participate in the Russian Art Week.
Mandatory condition: 
after payment, send the receipt/copy to [email address].

​If you are not yet a member of the Eurasian Art Union (artunion.pro) — join the Union and immediately receive preferential terms of participation in the exhibition, as well as full access to all the advantages of a professional creative association.

​Photocopies of artworks are placed at the exhibition. The author sends a file; the Organizing Committee prints, designs, and places it in the general exposition.

​The Russian Art Week is held in the form of an exhibition-competition with mandatory evaluation of the submitted works by members of the international jury. The registered works are exhibited at the Moscow venue — at GOGOL ART (Moscow Center for Contemporary Arts) at the address: Gogolevsky Boulevard, 14 bldg. 3. Numerous master classes, lectures, and creative meetings are organized as part of the project.
